Track time last sunday

I went to a track day last sunday I only ran three times my tires were onions before I got there
so I was scared to keep running I had to get home on them. My best was 14.42 @ 96 mph on very bald street
tires I mean no tread what so ever That time was leaving in 2nd smoking the clutch trying to feather it to keep from spinning
well soon as the clutch cought up I went on down the track. Well my new tires and wheels come in today so im looking into some
slicks for my old wheels maby ill get into the low to mid 13s I hope. My future plans are to get an explorer intake
and 150 shot maby shoot for 12s or better. I may be dreaming but 12s seems reasonable with slicks and 150 shot what do yall think
Oh and a new clutch maby a spec

lol...I would say 11s sound reasonable with a 150 shot and slicks if you can drive.

a 150 shot would do wonders for your car

if your rear end is stock it wont like sicks for to long. You will also need fuel upgrades with a 150 shot.

A 150 shot takes me car from 13.6ish to 12.0 lol

My rear is stock axles and carrier with 4.10s and the carbon fiber track loc the as stated about breaking somthing, thats the only reason I havent put a bottle on it yet Im going to run a 255 intank pump and probably start out with a 75 and see how the car likes it and work up from there. I had a 92 gt and ran a 150 shot on it and it loved it the motor and fuel system was stock. Oh and I think im going to run the edelbrock rpm plate kit
