Usually I always check the action racing photo's site after going to the track but I had forgot about it this time until duffy sent me a link to this pic. I had no new times at this event but pulling the front tire off the ground with stock rims&tires was enough for me  I dropped 108lbs off the front with the addition of the K Member, A arms, Coilovers and pulling the AC out. I still want to get skinnies on the front before the track is closed for the season. Need to keep working on the shock/strut settings to get my times down to a new best. Was cutting 1.66 60' times that day, should have no issue getting a 1.5X once I get the settings down more.

Re: Traction Much?

On that run Im not to sure, there are tons of pics of it at the line that were taken over the weekend. I think that was the first run the front end was set at full loose and the rears were at 4 or 5. my 60' time sucked!!! b/c the front end dropped to quick but the launch was damn sweet! My best time over the weekend was a 12.8

An anti roll bar will help a lot. I swear up and down on them. I have the same 60' times in my car with 100 less hp.

I think there is a tenth in your 60' between skinnies, ARB, and setting up the coilovers and struts.

Good luck and sweet pic. I wish I had someone to take pics of my launch.

Ill take credit for showing you the photo and as your mobile Crew Chief that day. hahah Let me know when your going up next and well figure out your suspension.

As for the guy who said the anti roll bar will help, it will. However, its not as significant sa you think. His suspension, his shock/strut/springs will yield just as good of a result. Travis will never put a full cage in the car, and Personally i would only run an Antiroll bar if it was tied in to my cage(which it will be). Travis would benifit WAY more to have frame end ties welded in.

I fully intend on getting an ARB, prob wont be until next spring though.

I like this pic I found as well.

Duffy... FYI I Plan on going this saturday for the test and tune. Its what I really need as far as dialing in the suspension, either a track rental or a test and tune day. Trying to do it during an actual event sucks balls

I think you misinterpreted me saying Anti Roll Bar for a roll bar (as in the tubing that is apart of a roll cage that goes along the roof of the car).

The anti roll bar I was referring to gets welded into your rear frame rails and has drop down spindles that connect to your axle tube. When used correctly it will make your car launch harder and straighter.
