tranny making weird sound

Just noticed after putting my car back together that whenever i shift from second to third i hear it POP just as i am pushing the shifter up into 3rd.
Doesnt do it every time and i cant make it do it when i want it to so i can troubleshoot.

Any thoughts????

is it comin frm the trans for sure? or are you guessing

it sounds like its coming from the very back of the tranny but cant be 100% sure. when i had my friend ride he was gonna try and listen closer to it but that was one of the times that i couldnt get it to do it.
