ok so i been dealing with this problem for a couple months now.

i have a 94 gt 5spd and im kinda confused with my reverse.

Problem:
when i put it in reverse it goes in reverse lights come on but when i let out on the clutch i get nuttin it just revs like its in N.
and sometimes it will go in i guess and roll back bout 2-3 feet then make a clunky noise and after it does that it starts to just rev up again and sometimes when it makes that noise its hard to get the shifter out of reverse like its stuck or something. :BangHead:
i tried to adjust the cable at the firewall and it feels good and every other gear goes in no problem besides second sometimes grinds but thats the syns going out i reckon.
how much does it need to be threaded on down at the fork for the right adjustment? i can spin the all thread bolt back n forth is that to loose?

i replaced my motor mounts yesterday and noticed that my tranny is tilted towards the passenger side i was thinking maybe the tranny mount crossmember was on wrong like maybe backwards if thats poss. and when i had my exhaust done i noticed that the fork was like right on my long tubes so i had him heat the header up and make a dip in the header pipe to make sure it had enough clearance and my driveshaft isnt centered its more to the passenger side as well but its not a big notice its enough to know that it aint right lol

any ideas of what maybe causing this let me know im tired of pushin it backwards, just hopin it want cost alot right now
thanks for all the future help. :eek:ccasion14:
