Ok so recently ive been having some problems when im shifting, this afternoon everytime that i shifted into 3rd gear the transmission would sound horrible, just like when you dont press the clutch right. If i really granny shift it, the gear will go in but during normal driving i get the sound and hesitation in shifting. Could this be a transmission problem and do i need a rebuild of the T-5? Also i just changed the clutch a few months ago so i guess that couldnt be the problem...

Sounds like your tranny, if it was the clutch you would get noise in almost or all gears

+1 for the T5. I'm assuming fluid level is good? Maybe try and flush/fil, it may help, but your synchros are probably on the way out.

I havent changed the fluid in years, maybe that could work. This morning 3rd gear shifting failed a couple of times. Does anyone know how to flush and fill the tranny? Also what kind of oil should i use?

There's. Plug on the side of the trans it uses a 3/8" extension to take out the plug there's a plug a bit higher for you to fill the trans. I normally fill from the shifter whole while working at home. At my shop I have the proper pump with air to fill the trans very quickly. Are you still running the stock cable and quadrant ?

^ on drain and fill.

Use ATF Merc/Dex 3. You can go with higher end lubes by Redline or such, but I've abused T5s for years and have no I'll effects.

Ok I found the pic of the plugs in my Haynes manual, it seems kind of hard. Im going to need two more jacks to lift the whole car and have enough clearance. How much oil will i need? and any other suggestions on changing the fluid? Also im still using the stock cable and quadrant.
