Not sure if this is the right area to post

My car was repainted before I bought it, and i'm currently trying to touch up some areas and not having luck finding a match. Already tried laser red and it's way too light so i'm wondering if it's redfire metallic or maybe some other color someone more familiar with mustang colors might be able to point out.

Here's some shots of the car

Check the inside of your door for the code

If its been repainted then the code wont mean a thing..

If you have a local auto paint store, they should have a camera that scans the color then searches for the closest available match in any paint formula. I work for a paint supplier and do this all the time for customers.

Yes, like stated above, the car was repainted a darker color than factory. I hve only checked with autozones selection of duplicolor paints. Checked a few caps but didn't have much luck. Redfire wasn't there so i'll check it out to see if it's the right color. Really hoping to find the right color soon as I intend to pick up some early sn95 sail panels

Go to a local bodyshop and ask you their supplier of paint is, then go that suppliers store, the camera should be free, only takes a minute to scan and search. If I wasnt in missouri Id do it for you haha

Generally the shops themselves dont have it (at least around here) we do and they just call us to scan it when they cant match a color up. But you could always just ask them. I dont know how the crazy thing matches it but it does.

its possible they just did the base/clear formula of laser red as itll be a little darker, instead of a tri-coat. I actually have a laser red car i may do that to or do redfire.
