Tune Up?

I recently bought a 96 GT and I am planning on doing a full tune up to make sure that the it is running at its best before I begin to mod it. I'm thinking oil change, oil filter, and new plugs for sure but any other suggestions as far as new fuel filter, flushing out the trans fluid or rear end fluid or coolant. Also I saw some ad on TV that was some sort of additive to help repair any wear on the cylinder and increase compression if it is leaking idk if this is real or worth it if you know anything about it or what its called that would be great. There is a tiny leak in the rear end but its really minor so if that makes a difference. Also the car has 123,000 and I have no record of maintenance.

Cleaning out the throttle body is always good to do with filter or fluid changes.
Cleaning the maf will help restore some lost power as well as other things.
Get that rearend sealed up.

Diff Fluid (unless you're getting gears, just wait till then)
Bleed Brakes
Check TPS
Check Fuel Pressure
CAREFULLY clean MAF

howw exactally do you clean the MAF?

Now what i'm wanting to know is how you check the tps. and also the fuel pressure on this durned 98.
