Is there a hand held tunner I can buy that is good? I have been looking but can only find chips.

Thats what I was affraid of good thing I love my car lol. What is a solid chip to use to get decent gains? Also my trans shifts a little slow can anyone recommend where I can find a better trans or would rebuilding mine be a better route to go? It is automatic.

We don't have OBD II which is needed for handheld tuners, we have OBD I.

Not quite correct. We have OBD1 not OBD2 systems.

Currently I have coldair intake and exhaust. In a few weeks I plan on getting Shortys, bigger TB, Intake Manifold. With some future purchases in mind. I mostly want to change shift points my car lags on shifting.

your money would be better spent on a shift kit and transmission cooler.

This is a trans cooler I saw on american muscle is this a good trans cooler? anyone have experiance with it?

You can use a tweecer but its not a hand held. Its a lap top program but you an self tune w/ it.
