Tuning on3 with SCT flip chip

I have a friend who is having problems with local dyno shops not being able to tune his SCT chip 95 5.0 with an on3 performance turbo kit. It has 30# injectors, stock motor except for a PMAS maf meter. Has anybody tuned this stuff themselves before that can help out?

Not on sct.. The software isn't cheap that's for sure..
