Tuning ?????

I am sure someone on here has aked this already but I am knew on here so here goes. I have a 94 GT, H/I/E/G. I am putting a cam in it and was wondering what your thoughts are on the TwEECer for tuning. I am going to do a 351 swap later but for now will this work, or is there something better out there for me to use? Any info will be great.
