If you have one post a pic and share some info! I'm thinking about selling my Novi 2k and building a kit for mine.

just curious, what kind of power are you making with the novi and what times are you running now. also are you running an auto now? back on topic, i think a turbo set up would be pretty sick, would you build one with a single 76mm or something else. you should do it. i wish i would have done a turbo set up, but i will have to live with my t-trim for a while now.

I'd take your car. 543/443 is insane. That's a dream setup.

It made 580whp through a tko 600, it currently has a c4 and makes right at 500whp. My best time to date is a 6.90@102 1/8th 10.81@126 1/4. If I could sell my novi 2k set up I would be all over it right now, when/if it happens it will be a single 76.

thanks man. but i kind of wanted more but i dont have an 8-rib set up and i get belt slip, so 543/443 was the best we could get out of it till i can put some real boost in it. i think after i get an the 8-rib setup im going to go about 19-20 psi.

those are some good times and #s. how much boost are you running. if you are able to sell the supercharger, im assuming u prolly have an 8-rib setup. if you do go to do it i will trade you my stock 6-rib pulleys plus cash for the 8-rib pulleys minus the supercharger pulley.

no doubt the 6 rib is a headache. just wondering cuz you said you made 580 with the tko was that at 21psi, if it is, it seems a little low to me. not trying to be mean but mine made 543 with 15psi non-intercooled, now it is intercooled but im not boosting it hard now cuz i got tired of belts slipping. do you have any other things done to the motor besides the obvious built block?

was it turbod, because i know a guy that has an 04 mystichrome cobra with a whipple 2.3 at 19 lbs and makes 609/597 at the rear wheels. he has to be doing something different to get those types of #'s.

I was looking at 4V superchargers today and the HP TT kit (for Mach 1's because I'm thinking about getting one once I get another job)

For the SCI-Trim from Vortech plus the aux kit for the mach plus the cooler kit it was like 7400 dollars.
For the HP TT kit it came out to be the same price and the TT kit will make more power, has more stuff that comes with it, and will be 10 times more badass. I guess that if I ever make BANK and can afford something like that, I will TT a 4v.

i never of an sci-trim, but you should be able to get a vortech for cheaper than that. you should be able to get a ysi tuner kit and then fab up a front mount for prolly 6000-6500. i have the t trim and when i got my kit it was like 300 more for the ysi (which i regret not doing), and i paid under 6K for my supercharger set up with the front mount.

its 4900 for the vortech kit, then like 800 for the kit for the mach 1 to still be able to use the shaker hood then its like 1800 for the cooler kit. without the cooler kit its 5500

The Si kits are the new kits from vortech. Replaced the S-Trim and SQ-Trim

i stand corrected, thanks for the info. for that price id go for the turbo kit too.

No problem. I figure 5500 isn't bad though. You don't have to have the cooling system and its what 2500 cheaper than a turbo. But the turbo comes with the suspension mods and etc. Plus with less boost you make more power. So it all depends on how much money you had.

unless you are set on twins, hellion makes a kit for mach 1's for $6195.
