Ok I read my Hanes manual and it was pretty bland but here is whats happening.

All the sudden one morning my turn signal won't work for left or right, no turn signal sound and no lights flashing or on for that matter at all. Hanes manual said if you don't hear a clicking sound on the flasher a bulb could be out. I haven't check >.> yet.

Also all the sudden my Defogger switch won't light up when I push it and I'm not getting my rear windows defogged. Hanes manual HAD NOTHING to say here. Any ideas?

Well the blinkers is likely what us rednecks call the flasher can. We call it that because it's a magic can that makes your flasher's work lol. It's right by the fusebox, and literally is a tiny little can, you can't miss it.

I have no idea why your defroster doesn't work, probably a fuse.

I agree, it's most likely a fuse if the defroster was working and now it's not. maybe your big foot bumped the flasher on the fuse box and it pulled out one of the contacts. do your emergency flashers work?

I'll try the emergency flashers, never thought of that. And I did turn the lights on this morning and all bulbs work. Which fuse box would it be in or both? Driver side or passenger or engine bay. I'm guessing its in the cabin under the passenger side. Sad thing is I can't tell the fuses apart so I have to pull all of them. And my fog lights haven't worked for 2 years.

the turn signal bulbs have 2 filiments. when you turned your lights on only the dim filiment comes on, turn signals and brakes use the other filiment. do you have a volt meter? you can ck the fuses without pulling them

I turned my emergency flashers on and all bulbs were working and the clicking noise was being heard. So does this narrow it down to a fuse only? Or could the flasher only doing half its job?

Also my airbag light came on at the same time as my turn signals going bad. And I jump started my wifes car around the time this all started and I sparked on the positive battery.

ck your fuses first. but if your 4 ways work it might be something deeper. your air bag is prob a fuse too.

Checked fuses last night, one blue 15 in closes to the firewall was broke. But I had no fuses so I'll replace that at lunch.

Update,
Bought fuse and put one in. Rear defroster worked, Air bag light went away and turn signals worked. Drove 1 block to Arby's and fuse blew again. Put in another and it blew with in 10 feet of driving. So what could be blowing my fuse? I guess its shop time.

Well, it was a blue 15 and thats what I replaced it with. Unless any guys here have a good idea I'm just gonna take it to the shop and fix it and have my EGR lines replaced with new ones. They are 12 years old with 240k miles lol.

i could be something as simple as a shorted bulb in one of the lights. but finding it could be tough.

i have to turn a blinker on, then turn on the hazzards, and they work fine....
