Turn signal pulse

Is it normal to hear your turn signal pulse from your fuel pump?
With the car idling, turn on a turn signal, go behind your car, and listen to the fuel pump whine. I hear a slight change in sound in conjunction with the pulse of the turn signal. I have no problems with a smooth idle or anything. I'm pretty sure it's been like this since new. I've had it since new.
Just wondering if others have noticed it.

I'm pretty sure it's normal. Mine will change pitch when you press on the brakes. It's kinda annoying actually.

Thats new to me. Then again since I changed my turn signals to LED's they flash all super fast like.

I noticed it while checking that all my lights are working.

No underdrive pullies.

they make a load resistor to fix the fast flashing. normally sold right next to the leds.
