Two questions

One, my fan comes on immediately after starting the car up. Sounds like a bad CCRM to me (I never replaced mine after finding out it was the ECT). Trying to figure out whats going on with it.

Two, I have two sets of flowmaster mufflers that I have no idea what type they are. Looked at the numbers on them but they are jibberish compared to part numbers in the summit catalog. Any ideas how to identify what they are?

I have no idea to the 1st one! On #2 though, have you measured the inlets & outlets? It doesn't say anything? I cannot remember my old ones it has been so long! Do the different series have their own look? I just went on summit to look @ them. Yeah, measure the stuff. Type back & I can look for ya. I have the time!!

size wise they are physically the same, the problem i'm trying to decide is what chamber they are and whether delta flows or not. Can't get outside to them at the moment as it's freezing cold lol.

Understand if it's cold. I was talking about what are the measurements? 2", 2.25", or 2.5". Info like this. We can them cross reference to FM lists. Sorry, I am dumb as all get out! I have to use my common sense wherever possible!

I had the same problem when I first got my car, it had Flowmaster's on it but I didn't know what series. I looked on one end of the muffler, next to the outlet and there were like 5 or 6 numbers stamped on it. I went to google and typed "Flowmaster ######". Worked, turns out I have 40 series. Give it a try, if you can make out the numbers that is.
