UPR X-Pipe Question

I have a chance to get a upr catted x-pipe for my 95 gt auto for 150 bucks. It says on their website that it doesnt fit automatics, anyone know why and if theres a way to go around it and make it work? Thanks

well, theres that thing on that one part that you need to bend like the other thing so that one stuff doesnt leak out of that part and stuff....

The pipe hits the shifter linkage. I think pypes sells an X almost identicle and right around the same price that is for an automatic.
