URGENT NEED HELP ASAP!

have been tryn to install my PI cams on my 98 mustang gt but the lobes are not lining up with the roller followers what the heck is going on? ill have pictures up soon. I got the Cams off of modular headshop. Please any help is appreciated.

notice how the pi cam lobes does not sit aligned with the roller followers?

do you still have your stock cams? measure them. see if there's a difference...

well i put the cam that was labled driver side in and it didnt fit so i tried the pi cam labled passenger and it didnt sit right ethire..im startn to think the sent my two passenger side cams.... i have only tried the driver side head so far

there should be a part # on the cam gears. they are side specific so look them up, if they are the same part # then yes you received the wrong cams.

the cam gears havent been removed there still atached to the timing chain never left the engine im using a timing chain retenton tool

ok well what were the timing gears on the pi cams if you still have them or if they came with the pi cams. that's the only way you're gonna find out if the cams are left or right side, or if there is another issue.

1L2Z-6250-AA (RH) and 1L2Z-6250-DA (LH)

I just hope you remember where each cam goes to. If you fire it up on the wrong side you're going to have some bent valves.

well i read sumthin about one of the sides being shorter than the other but Modular Headshop wrote on the cam itself driver on one cam and passenger on the other..
