i have an older v1 converted v2-sq s/c off a 5.4. i have the 4.6 bracket also. now my question is what size pulley makes 10-12psi? i know its 6-rib im looking for. im also using 42 lb injectors and 90mm lmaf. i dont have any ambitions of adding anymore boost because im using nitrous also. this also WILL NOT be on a stock motor but it will be using stock P.I compression. :angel4:

there are other factors you need to consider. will you be intercooled/aftercooled, do you run blower cams, power pipe, etc. I have an intercooleer, power pipe, 3.12 pulley, and see about 12-13psi

well I still run the 6 rib and have been told that I am running the smallest pulley that I should run which is the 3.12. I will also be adding the crower stage 2 .581 lift blower cams soon and expect to drop another 2psi. This will still put me at about 10psi....so all in all if you run a v2 sq, front mount, blower cams, and full exhaust with a 3.12 pulley you should net about 10psi. hope that helps

that does help alot. do you recommend anything is specific for a combination? also im hoping i dont have any snags with the plumbing but i may have to take the bolts off the face of the blower to reclock for plumbing. i may even notch the bracket for the feed line to work being that it came from a 5.4 setup. i could even just build a 5.4 . i have the cams and p.i 4.6 heads reworked. i just dont want to shell out more money and dig around for a 5.4 aluminum block. i want the weight savings. i have an aluminum windsor 4.6 block already and sheet metal 4.6 intake.
