Valve cover grinding

I have a set of fox valve covers that have the ribs inside. What's the best type of bit/grinding stone to make quick work of the ribs? I have a cordless dremal and a few professional dewalt drills I can use.

I think I used my dremel and a cutting disc to get most of it out.
