i have a job i would be happy to pay someone to do for me as i do not have the tools.

in my fox coupe i want to tint the rear window 5% and behind the tint where the 3rd brake light is put a vinyl graphic

the idea is a rectangle just a bit bigger than the 3rd brake light black fill with the Ford script and oval cut out of it so when the brakes are hit the oval and script light up red. the car has its badges shaved but i still want to rock the Ford logo but want it to be subtle and clean so that's what i came up with

the only tricky part for me is that i feel the oval and script need to be stretched vertically a bit to counteract the angle of the rear window, so that in concept if youre standing behind the car or behind it in traffic the script and oval appear to be the correct proportions rather than too short due to the angle.

i can not do this "stretch" as i only have ms paint and it would end up looking grainy, aside from no vinyl printer. also not exactly sure of the amount of stretch needed to compensate for the angle of the window to create the illusion of the correct proportions of the logo when viewed from behind

i will measure the dimensions of the light housing as soon as it stops raining. also this needs to go on the inside of the window so its completely invisible behind the 5% until the brakes are hit.

would be happy to pay whatever is fair for the time and effort. really excited about this idea and ready to put it into action

Go to a local vinyl/sign shop...they should be able to hook you up. I don't think anyone will be able to get the angle right without actually working with it on the car.
