Anyone ever have a problem of them just staying on? Like I can kill all the power and lights and they stay on..... Could it be a ground?

it would have to be in your car feeding them power, check your switch. They can't just stay on unless they are being fed power.

The only thing that feeds them power would be the positive lead coming off the battery, which if I take the fuse out, it turns them off, put it back in, and a minute later, they come on by themselves

Didn't you get a relay with the kit?
the batt. pwr should feed the relay and the hot wire from the h/l sw is what activates the relay.
Ck your wiring instructions again. somethings ass backwards.
