and heard some kids say, "ooooo muscle cars" I mean they had to be about 7-9 yrs old. Out of the new edges and 1 sn95.. they wanted to the take the old sn95 home with them. Maybe because its a vert.. but most kids like the new edges i thought.

I was at a Mustang show today and this family was looking at my car and their little girl who was about 6 or 7 asked me if she could drive my car. That was funny.

I like the look of mine with the top up and all windows down. I get a lot of compliments also. The car is not very common any more. The ones that are taken care of look awesome. Nice rims make the whole care look better as well. Really nice rims can make non-car people think that the car is new.

Agree! People hate it. I was crusing with those 3 other mustangs today. I looked different which is what i like. Its better than everyone having the same new edge or s197 you see everyday.

OMG yes! People always ask if I plan to "upgrade". Newer does not equal better!! I love my car! It's full of 90's angst. It represents my youth the same way the old farts like the 60's cars.

It has be a v8 mustang though. I see females driving 6's all the time. But to see one driving a v8 with a loud exhaust= drool. Stick shift= PLUS

The last few big car shows I attended all had really nice SN95's win best of show so I think they are not just aging better, the looks are timeless. It appears all of the fox fanatics are coming to our side because they hate the S197 cars for being new so they have included the SN's into the old school group.

Just FYI SN95 = 94 - 04. The 94-98 was like the Aero body style or something, and the 99-04 was the New Edge body style. They're all SN95s though lol.

That can make them real "snoody" too. I had a girl call my car slow the other day and talk down about it cause she's pushing 600 to the rear wheels in her 03 cobra.

I was driving home one day with my windows down. Once I stop at a stoplight, this guy in a BMW 5 series says..WOW! It still looks new. Beautiful car you have there. I can't wait to see it modded.

Speaking as a New Edge owner-

Even I'll agree the 94-98 looks better. Curves everywhere. New Edge looks like a SN F***ed a Fox, all the curves are gone and it's more slab-sided. Not to say it's ugly- not by any stretch- and the front end looks a lot more aggressive than 94-98. The 94-98 design has aged well but I think the jury's still out on 99-04.

nice good to hear that some one still likes our cars lol. I was in a parking lot and this cute little blonde walked up and started complimenting my car and gave me her number.... than I woke up. no seriously that's a true story lol.
