I think I will be able to get both of these for under 1000$. I'm gunna fix the first one for the girlfriend. (driver door and rear quarter are only damage)

How difficult will the quarter panel damage be to fix? looks like it might be a real pain in the a$$ being attached to the rear pillar.

From the looks of it your gonna run into some major damage to the door latch post. Probally some structural damage behind the quarter skin. Your best bet would be to cut the quarter out and replace it with the one from the parts car. That way you can get in there and repair the inner structure.

quarter panels aren't fun, your going to need a good spot weld drill and have some patience, its not fun, but it is do able.

Exactly, quarter panels are a pain... I've put some on a 1969 firebird, but I think the SN95 would be a bit more difficult seeing as how theirs a scoop you have to align the skin to.
