Just out of curiosity, what RPM do you guys launch at? And what gears do you do that with?

Is this directed towards mod motor guys or push rod? Also Street tires, DR's, or slicks?
I think I slipped the clutch around 3k on street tires when I ran the 96 several months ago. Didn't get many passes before it broke the trans.

5,500rpms. 3.55's and 4.10's, same rpm.

Before the blower I'd slip the clutch out at roughly 4500rpm at the track with 3.55s, now on the street it'll spin them off the line around 2000rpm, haven't tried it with heating the tires yet.
