for my 95 gt. I have a 70mm throttlebody, k&n cai, msd 6al, msd coil, and msd capn rotor with ford 9mm wires.
i currently have autolites, seems to run just fine. any other suggestions? what do they need to be gapped at, or do they need to be gapped?

I run either the standard Motorcraft, Autolight or the NGK's. On the NGK's right now. Platinums last longer but have a smaller spark.

Always check the gap unless otherwise specified. Usually .052" to .056" but check spec's for your application.

if your car is running fine, the plugs are not ancient, and they are at the proper gap (as GDTrumbo stated .052-.056) then i wouldn't
worry about it.. the brands he said NGK, Motorcraft, and Autolites i have all had good sucess with. I personally run the NGK V power
plugs in my car, and i have yet to have a problem.
