Ok I have a '69 302 and have it bored 30 over with stock stroke. I have a set of Speed Pro hypereutectic Ford 289/302 pistons that are flat top with 4 valve releases and a -8cc dome volume. I'm trying to get the most hp out of this little 302 that I can and if all possible use the same top end later for when I build a 347 or such. I wanting the best bang for the buck as this is a budget build. I will be using a carb setup instead of fuel injection and this car will not be a daily driver. just to get out and bang gears and summer time drags.

-Carb?
-Radical Loppy Cam?
-Intake?
-Heads?

Brand doesn't matter to much to me. Of course quality is a must but i'm not trying to buy a brand rather than performance. Right now I have a mild cam and some heads off a '65 289 stock head with new hardware and a single plane torker intake.
I just want to have a lot more horsepower!?!? Don't we all!?!
