What will i have to modify

I just got a set 2003 Cobra rims and the back rim are 10.5 wide is there and thing that i have to modify or will they fit?

They should fit no prob, ur problem is gonna come if you go with 305s? and up?

why's that? the place i bought my whel from had me get 315's what size should i get. and will i have to modify to keep my new tires. i got Nitto NT555R's 315-35-R17's

theyll fit, but consider spacers so that u get the right stance

no try it w/o a spacer first. But definitely dont go down to 275. They will definitely fit you just might have to do some massaging, maybe flip quad shocks, and a few well placed blows with the BFH(big fuggin hammer)

17x10.5 rim with 315s will fit with out Rolling the Fender lip or Removing the Quad shock
I have 17x9.5s with a 1 inch wheel spacer to sit flush when i used my buddies 10.5s with 315s i left my 1 inch spacer on and never had a problem rubbin and my car was dropped 2 inches.

I have 15x10s with 275-60-15s and They clear with no modification i did remove the Quad shock but was not needed.
