damn it looks like mine almost...

rio red with the notorious clear coat failure mod. :nonono: I'd say 4 - 4.5k is about the most I'd give for it. The body looks like it needs work but otherwise it looks about average for its age and can be brought back to good condition with some elbow grease.

I dont know if I ever showed the pics of mine from when I first got it.... but it was BAD. I'm STILL working on getting it clean enough for street duties.

he is asking 4800 for it, the biggest set back for me is the paint, but i have a guy where the car is located who can give me a hook up, i just need to talk to him to see if its going to be worth my time

kelley blue book in fair condition listed private party value as 5200. with some tlc and a paint job that could be a nice car. and its a cobra. it will hold its value better than a gt will.

aww the low ballers....haha... I would be firm at 4k... If it was a GT it'd be different... If a gt I'd pay no more than 3-3.5k...Here in texas you could get 5 grand for that car.. I dunno why but people are willing to spend more here...

I wouldnt pay more than 3k or 3500 at the most if i had to buy it. Personally i wouldnt give the thing a second look, needs paintwork and that interior is pretty worn.

Then again, cars around here dont sell like those in the rest of the country it seems.. 5.0 sn95s arent even really looked at here. :dunno: Hell my buddy just bought a 97 cobra rio red with 107xxx miles, nothing wrong except for a cracked windshield from a rock for 4200.. Theres a 98 BAB vert for sale right now for like 6500 with 110xxx

You should see if you can get a steal on that BAB cobra vert... that is a RARE car right there.

Clean it up and hold it for a minute with a for sale sign on it... somebody who is REALLY looking for one will give you a lot more than that for it. If you could get it for 5500, you could probably sell it for double if its really clean.

Here's a couple shots of mine... same paint failure.

I'll just get it painted...no biggie. Because once its done and back on the street in showroom condition its gonna be a neck-breaker for sure since there simply are not a lot of 94-95 Cobras rolling around out here.

These were when I first got it... before the magic :)

Lots of tlc. I am always suspicious of someone who does not keep a nice car at least cleaned up a bit. If they are not willing to at least clean a little, paint a bit, or replace little things, then what really is their attitude about oil and other stuff.

Buyer beware. 4k but get a good mechanic to test it first. Could save you thousands later on.
