Whats this Mach 1 Worth?

My buddy has a TR 03 Mach 5 speed, has a built shortblock with Diamond forged pistons 10.1:1 compression, Mod Max forged rods, stock forged crank, Spec clutch, SLP O/R x Pipe. Flowmaster catback, SLP tips, 4.10's,18x9/10 hypercoated Fr500's, JLT RAI, SCT X cal, FRPP C springs and MGW shifter with 80K miles, motor has about 8k miles, Archangel in Tulsa did the rebuild and I did the R&R. the car needs some TLC pretty badly, it has some hail damage not bad but it there, and the frontend makes some odd noise when you hit bumps, (sounds like caliper rattle to me) he got backed into one night so the front bumper needs painted and the Headlights are faded and needs a good detail also the A/C doesnt work the Condensor has a hole in it. Im thinking about buying from him he told me he'd probably sell it to me for $6-6500, is that a reasonable price? Im sure its hard to say without seeing it in person but here are a few pics.

I Figure would have a coulpe thousand in getting it back into shape but its all easy fixes just takes money. the Hail damage is Paintless Dent Repairable

it has the IUP, and the interior is in great condtion.
From 10ft away the car looks great you cant hardly see anything thats wrong with the car unless you know its there. the hail damage isnt super deep.

I havnt checked in a while but last time I did mach's were going for 10k+ depending on miles. I would jump on it in a heart beat as long as its motor/drivetrain is mechanically sound.

motor, tranny and rear are in perfect condtion, motor is even better with the forged pistons and rods. nitrous/blower ready.

because he isnt 100% sure he is going to sell it, so I thought id get me ducks in row for when he is ready to let it go.

this is a conversation we had for the first time today.

Im so Dumb he asked me what i thought it was worth and I told him that was up to him, his first price was $5000, then I told him he is carzy for selling it that cheap and id feel like i was screwing him if i bought it for that, so we did a little research and found out what the trade in value was and he subtracted the issues the car has from that price and came up with the $6-$6500, from what ive seen id gladly give $7000 for it.

I was going to buy one with about 50k miles, in pretty much mint shape from a friend for $15k.. They shouldnt really go for much more than that unless they've been bubble wrapped in a garage..

Yeah he came by today and we fixed the noisey caliper. $8 part from autozone.lol

He said $6500 is what wants for it, so i gotta talk to the wifey and sell my truck and once that goes threw it'll be in the garage.

after doing alot of thinking, Ive decided im going to have to pass this one up, I love the car but I just sold my 94 because i wanna get out of debt, so ill look for one when everything is paid for.

So if anyone is intested in it, let me know Ill get you intouch with my buddy, and not to be a jerk but the $6500 is a buddy price he was just selling it to me for what he owes. so he'll be askin $10k.
