i have a fully forged bottom end, on 9-1 compression, crower blower cams, patriot stage 2 heads, with a bullitt intake on top, a stage 3 clutch, and the stock t5 tranny. im at 315-325 rwh. i just got my nitrous kit and was wandering what was the biggest pill i can run with out blowing the tranny. or at least figure out how much it will hold.

id recommend a 70 shot. i though 98s came with a t-45.... you would be possibly fine with the 100-125 shot on either trans as long as you dont power shift. just my guestimations. my best idea would be to start small and gradually go up to see where she slips.

i guess ill have to do like you said and go until i feel it. i cant wait till i get it hooked up. i want the power so bad, but i cant afford to fork the cash for a new trany to hold it all.
