Hey guys...this is my first post on here as I've recently become a mustang owner. Anyway, I changed my plugs over the weekend and while doing that, one of my injector connections came off. I plugged it back it and continued thinking nothing. Well immediately when I fired her up after the tune-up, I started getting a small amount of whitish smoke coming out of the exhaust when I rev it. Not alot, but the fumes are pretty strong. Doesn't appear to be the normal condensation I'm used to seeing. So then proceeded to run the Hypertech Programmer thinking it might help. Didn't work. I have a full tank of 91 octane in the tank and my mods are listed below. Someone please give me your suggestions. Injector issue? O2 sensor? MAF? Thanks guys!

FYI - Not losing any coolant or oil...atleast not yet.

sounds like you might have just gotten some fuel somewhere it shouldn't be.. i'd say give it a day or two to burn out and clean itself up..

if you want to feel better take a piece of paper and hold it to the exhaust and make sure no metal flakes are going out of the exhaust but i'm pretty sure you just got gas somewhere and it'll burn itself out.

i'll assume you aren't tossing any codes?

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I'm hoping that's all it is. No codes of any sort as of right now. Just seems soo weird. I'll have to try the paper trick.

+1 on the fuel in the wrong place. What gap did you set your plugs at? It is my understanding that the 4.6 motor is picky about spark plug gap.
