i would think a bad 02 would cause black smoke (rich). do you notice your coolant level going down. the only way i can think of coolant geting into the exhaust is a bad head gasket or a cracked head or block. have you overheated the motor lately

do you still have the plastic npi crossover or is it an aluminum one? if it's the plastic it coul've cracked and be leaking into one of the cylinders, could be intake manifold gasket, could be a head gasket. those would be the more common things.. then u get into serious stuff that doesn't happen alot like cracked heads and blocks

your intake looks powdercoated silver and they're pretty blurry so i can't tell?

when mine smokes oil u can smell it bad, but more than likely its the intake cracked or gasket blown mine was cracked and had gasket blown so u can imagine

O2 sensor is in the exhaust pipes used to measure the amount of oxygen in your exhaust. They wouldnt cause smoking at all. Them going bad is a result of smoking/poor tune. When they go out, the car runs a tiny bit rich.... which really wouldnt be as bad as what you have going on. Im out of ideas, but it sounds like the fellow members here have a better idea on whats going on. The intake manifold gasket is a good idea too.

I'de agree with a heavier weight oil, 10w30, if this doesnt stop the smoke, just take it to a good mechanic for a diagnosis.

trial and error can get expensive.

ya true. well the intake manifold is a brand new allum crossover i bought maybe a year ago so idk. like said i think the best bet is to just take it somewhere reather than replace stuff that doesnt needs replacing.
