Do most widebands come with a weld in bung, or do you replace one of the factory o2 sensors with the wideband sensor?? thanks

You have to weld a new bung in for the wideband o2.

If your wideband doesn't come with a bung then just take a sensor to any hardware store. Find a nut that fits the sensor, buy it, weld it in, done...

Don't forget to drill a hole. You need a hole for your bung. A bung hole... if you will.
