So,

When my widebands would run at some standard numbers close to STCH. when my passenger side one was unplugged. Then, when I plugged my second one in, they started reading different! Any ideas on that? I find it very strange that simply plugging in a second guage would cause them to do something new. But thats LITTERALLY all i did. Lift car, put in second sensor, lower car. (FYI: i had the wires run, I just didnt have a the bung welded on yet.)

any ideas? Ive been thinking about why my car blewed up and I'm thinking maybe the widebands werent accurate at first (when I thought they were STCH.) and they were accurate afterwards...

Look through your instructions for a "re-calibration" mode or steps to recalibrate the sensor(s) then try again.

i dont think so either, but when you spend 21 hours a day on a car forum with no car -- all you can do is think and ponder. lol.

I'm thinking its a ground issue, the whole system, as far as the widebands are concerned, all operate off the same ground. Since you added the second signal source (wideband sensor) it probably threw off the gage.

mikey! I've missed your ugly face.

Anyways, Both gauges are powered, signaled, and grounded separately. :( do you think two grounds to the same "plate" would cause it?
