Will an off road h from a 94 fit my 97?

they are both gt's but i dont want to tell my friend i want it before im sure it will fit. I havent seen it yet but i dont know why it wouldnt fit. Am I wrong?

nope. the 94 is a 5.0L. The 97 is a 4.6L. They mount totally different. The 5.0L has two gasket-less connections up front, while the 4.6 for some reason requires one gasket on one side (can't remember which side)
