Hey guys, haven't posted here in forever, but I am thinking its about time to start messing with the mustang again. I haven't actually driven it in two years.....that aside, here goes.

I still have a top end from an 04 GT needing to go on my 96 GT. I have a buddy who wants to do some porting on the heads before they go on, so I need to get a headswap kit for a couple things he needs. My question is, will this kit work?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2001...r_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3ca45a472a

I was under the impression that I could get a headswap kit for a 01-04 GT, and I would be good to go, can someone let me know if there is something completely different about this kit, or is it just that one small thing is different. I am guessing that I would have the basic intake/exhaust/head gaskets that are the same, but I just am curious.

Thanks!!

See, the problem is, the ford racing kit does not come with new intake gaskets, and this kit I have linked above actually has quite a bit included.

The kit you linked is JUNK, HANDS DOWN JUNK!!! Do not buy aftermarket, no name brand gaskets!!!!! Go to ford, tell them you want a head changing kit. This will come with everything you need, then tell them you need Intake manifold gaskets also. If you need part numbers let me know I will get them for you. Ford has some of the best gaskets out there. I'm using STOCK head gaskets for an engine with 13:1 CR, hell every gasket in my engine is directly from the Ford dealer. They are your life line, they keep you dry, sealed and quiet, don't buy junk gaskets.
