wonder if i can run gt40p heads with boot protectors?

you know the kevlar boot sleeves? can i run my bbk shorties with these without burnin boots?

yes, I have run the unequal length shorties on a few different cars with gt40p heads. bbk long tubes will also work. DEI makes sleeves that I use on a regular basis and they work the best out of all the ones Ive used. run a 90 degree boot on a msd wire set and you will never have an issue.

And by the way, the boot protectors are made to NOT get hot enough to melt. I would be shocked if anyone has ever seen one of the DEI boots burned up.
