Where does it say lightning engine? It just says 5.4.
I'm curious why they put the m112 on the 5.4? A lighting blower should just bolt on no? Instead of using an adaptor plate for the m112 and having it sit up in the heavens.

I guess the lightning blower would still stick out of the hood pretty good though.

from what i read there is a kit of ome sorts that converts the intake to the side instead of over the top...

I don't think you can convert it the lightning blower to the side. It all one solid piece.

The m112 goes out the side.

yes, you're thinking of the m112 that was on the 03/04 cobras. Its what I have on my v6. The lighting blowers look exactly the same but come over top.
Its an easy confusion, people ask me all the time


It is indeed a strange car to see at a dealership... especially since they likely have no idea what they're selling...
Its like if my car was at a dealership haha. who would buy it? They wouldnt know what was going on.

Looks like an M112 sitting on a lightning engine. Judging that based on the overall height. Interesting way to put a M112 on but kinda cool too. I think I'd rather have a large cowl hood personally but I like the different route
