yea ive been looking at them and a couple of other brands. i also have another question. will a GT H-pipe from aftermarket brands work or is it to wide and the collector conection area?
you have never ending questions dont you :hammer: to be honest Im not that good on V-6 stuff so I hate to tell you and then me be wrong and look like a dumb ass. Im sure some of the other guys will be able to tell you what you want to know.
yea i have alot of questions but right now im just on the exhaust area right now. i have a catalog right here with H-pipes for like $170 with out cats
a GT pipe wont fit a v6 i dont think? i would say a x pipe might sound better on a v6...but really havent heard either in person.
yea i need a H-pipe or a X-pipe for the GT take-offs im getting from a friend of mine. im thinking a H would sound ok but its the mufflers that make the sound come out
matt this is the v-6 section :hammer: oppp matt changed his post (he must have noticed this is the v-6 area) :rollinglaugh:
An x-pipe will give more of a racing sound, raspy, higher pitched. A h-pipe will give you more of a muscle car sound. Now it wont exactly sound like a muscle car since we have sixers, but i just used that as an example.
same here but hey at least for me it was fun at times.. i think i would go with the H-pipe now what about true duals..with not connecting pipe?
ok like an H for an example you have the middle peice connecting the two main pipes. its either mac or bbk that makes them
I have Holcomb Motorsports catalog in front of me now.........there is a full line of compontents for your car. Long-tube headers / off road or catted H pipes and of course the true fit cat back exhaust.
