Got a '98 GT NPI, 162k+ miles. only mods are plenum, TB, CAI and flowmaster catback. Temps were 46 and overcast. What do you think it made?

Were you at ProDyno today by any chance?

Edit: just kidding. It was in the 30s and snowing there. I'm going to sayyyyy 190 (I'm horrible at this game)

Haha... Yeah, it's posted elsewhere. She laid down 204hp/285tq. I was extremely surprised... I've got PI cams ready to go in, and hopefully a new mid pipe to get rid of the super restricted stock mid pipe. I think with those 2 mods and maybe some UD pulleys, I can be around 230.

So which dyno is the most accurate? Or does it just depend on how the dyno is calibrated?

im under the impression Mustang Dynos (give the lowest numbers) are the most accurate.

It's all in the calibration. Not to bring the OP down, but yes, it was a bit generous. But who cares, as long as you keep using the same dyno, your base line tunes and all will read the same (I.E. use the same dyno so you don't start off with 200 horse then switch dyno's after throwing a blower on and make 215) lol

Dynojets seem yo be the most common dyno..
But its all worthless anyway, track times don't lie.
