03-04 cobra rear spoiler

Does the rear 03-04 cobra spoiler use the existing holes if you already have a spoiler? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

pretty sure if it does it's not going to cover the front holes, the thing sits way too far back.

No it does not.
My buddy has one on his gt and you can see where the wholes for the factory spoiler are.
