03-04 heads

I found a set of complete 03-04 heads. I think I will pick up. What’s a fair price for a good set. If I can’t fix my cooling issue I will swap them.

Besides the intake manifold is there anything else to swap?

You can get an adapter plate to use your intake top from a guy on svtp. Or you will need a throttle body cable which is hard to come by and offer expensive. I'll find the post for you if you'd like

You need to modify the fuel rails and coolant crossover. And of course all necessary gaskets

Also it will need a tune. Timing is slightly different and the ecu will also not advance timing correctly after 3500 rpm if you don't have the IMRC which you will not

As far as a fair price it's hard to say you need to find out which casting they are. You will want the DC casting if possible. They're the final revision.

Well if your going 03 04 heads you won't need the intake runner plates
You would need a mach1 intake and fuel rail for it

I just did a complete 2 v to 4v swap
There are a few things to change
But not like I did

here is the adapter. his email is somewhere in that thread and someone has ordered one recently so should be good to go.

another note, if you dont buy aftermarket cams use the ones from your cobra they are better.
