03 cobra swap

im not really new to mustnags but new to this site. I have a friend who has an 03 cobra that he is buying a long block for and he would sell me his stock long block for cheap, as in 300 bucks. What all would i need to swap that motor in my car. I have a 96 GT 5 speed. I know i need valve covers, timing cover, supercharger, lower intake, and the belt drive setup. Would i need a new wiring harness or could i reuse the one i have and modify it? any info i can get will help because as i said im new to 4.6s i had a fox body before.

i know i was looking to spend around like 1200 but i asked what he wanted and he said 300 sounds good so i hoped on top of it. even if i dont do the build i still have one bad ass engine just sitting around
