03 Explorer motor in 99 GT question

I am sure this has been covered but I just wanted to confirm I have everything right from what I have read so far. I am pulling my blown head gasket motor from my 99 GT and found a 03 exploder for a good price. I know they are aluminum so I can save some weight. I will have to switch the intake and exhaust but other then that they are identical right? Just want to make sure before I pull the trigger, I am not so knowledgeable when it comes to the SN95's, I apologize.
What year explorer motors will work in these SN95's? The 01's+ are PI right?

Just found a thread that mentions a 03 explorer specific and looks like it will. Of course I find it right after I post the thread.

Looks like I need to find out if I have a romeo or Windsor due to the valve covers? and I will have to use my cover from the mustang 4.6.

You are correct. Bolt count on the covers will tell you what plant it was made at.
