Just to follow up on cut Cobra springs. I cut mine and ran it lowered on stock springs for a good while ( before I went coil over). It is an easy and cheap way to lower the Cobra, gives a "close to stock" spring rate that matches your struts and shocks, and you can progressivly lower it. I think I started with 3/4 coil cut in the rear and progressed to 1 1/4 coil cut. And yes, stock termi springs are linear.

I have pro kit rear springs with my IRS. not a huge fan of the spring rate they have. handles quite well, but it seems to hop more than it should (although, I'm still trying to work out the kinks with my set up). I'd just cut your stockers for now. if I don't get my coil overs before next summer, I'll be cutting my pro kit too, because as others have said it's not quite as low as I'd like. good luck.

me and her do have the same wheels but those wheels are on my 1995 gt. I have alumistars on my 03 cobra
