$100 floor transmission jack

Here's the new trans jack i purchased for $100 at the "freight" store. It claims to handle 450lb and i do believe it could.

The scissor style jack functions from an all threaded screw turned by a 1/2 drive ratchet. Precise and VERY stable movements compared to the use of a roll around pump death trap floor jack has me glad of the purchase!

Have had one of those for years. Don't need it that often, but when I do I am glad I had it, like when I dropped an iron case four speed out of my Road Runner and swapped in the Tremec.

I have no problem getting some stuff at harbor fake but I weight the option when it comes to something that will be holding big/expensive things of mine. I know I will now be told by everyone that has one of their jacks about how they have had it for 25 years and its never let them down. Thats fine I realized long ago karma likes to use me as an example more often then I like.

I do recommend the jack even though the jack and tranny together was still to tall to just easily roll out from under the car, sliding the tranny off the jack wasnt bad.

I do have the heavy duty engine stand that works pretty good up to a ton
I ended up getting it on sale and have my cobra engine on it now

I have been working a while ,first just getting a friend to help out with the valve covers ,time consuming , trying to chase some parts , time consuming , then trying to get the super charger 6 weeks consuming but Kenny bell did a great job just on the looks and hard wear , but as I get more time in it ill put out some more pics hear and there ,
