Ive heard form a friend that there is a company that makes 18x10.5 saleens. Do you guys know of a company?
damn. I know they make 18x10, but just want something a little wider. I just dropped my car, and it needs a set of aftermarket wheels badly. lol
Re: saleens? i bought these for my stang and they have the 18X10 for the rear.....http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...RK:MEWN:IT&viewitem=&item=290092132292&rd=1,1 but you can choose from this list they have great service and this is the third set of wheels i bought from them no problems best part is that its no expensive http://stores.ebay.com/O-E-Wheels
oewheelsdirect carries 18X10.5 saleens, i just threw them on my car. $160 a wheel, for chrome, theres not a cheaper place out there, and i don't trust ebay. I ordered them last monday, and they got to me on friday. their website is messed up, they have ads in 5.0 mustang and super fords as well as muscle mustang. sorry i dont have the phone # handy, but it worked out for me. By the way, i put 315/30/18 on them, they look good as hell, but you might have to bend your caliper bracket in, and i had to beat my fenderwell in a little, but other than that, badass.
why? the difference between 18x10 and 18x10.5's wouldnt even be noticable to the human eye lol. i got 18x10's and believe me there really fuckin wide!!!
Some tire manufacturer's recommend a 10.5" wheel for you to get the most out of the tire. To the OP i would look at what tire you want to run on a daily basis and see what size rim it recommends.
were the saleen speedsters not 18x10.5 my buddy had a saleen replica which had the speedster wheels on it, I think they were authentic and they were 10.5"
this thread is hella old, seriously though it's only a half inch and won't really make a difference. mustang guys stuff tires that are too wide onto rims all the time, who cares at this point lol.
