1994 cobra rearend

Im guessing my 94 Cobra has the stock rearend,I was told that it is posi and with the rearend off the ground both tires turn in the same direction,But yet when i power break it only the passengerside turns in full rpm and driver side turn about a 4th of the other side,Can anyone tell me what i should do to make it full posi that not too expensive?

rebuild the rear end. the clutches inside are gone.

You dont have a posi rear. Ford has whats called a limited slip differential..its a little different but regardless, have a shop do it if you're unsure.

rebuilding the trak-loc is easy, it can be done without even taking the diff out of the rear. All you need to do is remove the cover, drain the fluids, remove everything needed to get the axles out, and then pop the spider gears out...

someone who has been in a diff before, could probably do the job in 2-3 hours.

there is also a revised clutch/steel order, you can decide if it is for you or not. I use the 4 clutch method myself.
