1994 GT: Fixing the CCRM...which relay do I need?

One of the relays in my CCRM has gone bad and rather than spend the $100 for a new CCRM, I'm going to open it and replace the defective relay. Unfortunately I'm a bit of an electronics noob, so if someone could tell me which relay I need for the high and low fan speeds, I would greatly appreciate it. :angel4:

Put the fans on a toggle switch and be done with it.
