After removing the valves and cleaning them up, as well as the seats I started to put it back together

Now I had to wait for a 1/2" upper to lower spacer to clear the valve covers(due to roller rockers). Once I got the spacer I ran into my next issue. I had to get rid of the egr(simple) and I had to grind down the throttle body(where the IAC mounts), which was unnerving. I used some jb weld to make a new side wall to seal it up

As far as a throttle body upgrade, I am looking at going with a 70mm with a 1" spacer so that I wont have to modify the new one.

I am waiting for a friend to help me with a video, he has just recently become super busy with his work. Until he can help I will get a vid of it running and when he can help I will do a couple of runs

nice.... looks good bro... im on the process myself... just waiting on some parts to get sand blasted so they can be painted and hoping to have it in within the next 2 weeks or so... i have the same heads as you except mine suposively have some minor port work done... not for sure if thats true or not.. i bought them used.. im using the steeda 19 cam with 1.72 rr and a typhoon intake... what a quincidense.....

yeah as soon as I find a good deal on some 1.7 rr's I am going to swap to those

very nice cant wait to hear it run. I have those valve covers as well and they do look killer!!
