Well i figure since I've been here awhile now, i should start a build thread.

Little background on the car. Its a 95 Gt 5 speed. Took the car on trade for a 96 Trans Am with a bad transmission

As you see in the pic, this is how i got the car. Was pretty dirty. Its got cobra badges along with the cobra R wheels

After it was cleaned up. Alot better.

So now the mods thats already been done.
BBK CAI with matching TB and MAF
MSD 6AL ignition box with matching coil cap and wires
Steeda adjustable clutch quadrant cable and pivot ball with lakewood clutch fork
I thought it had SLP LM1s on it but its straight piped with a butchered off road h pipe
    Rich Porter reman distributor
Lowered with what looks like eibach sport lines with fox front struts and air shocks in the rear

Right now i have a 302 roller sitting on a engine stand that im thinking 306 or 347. Looking for suggestions on internals for it. Probably going to run GT40 heads and intake on it til i can do better. Also looking at headers for it as well as some mufflers.

As for the body mods, going to get a cobra front and rear bumper, the saleen wing, chin spoiler, and quarter scoops and the window scoops as well.

I will update as i go with anything i do to the car. All feedback and info is welcome along with ideas.

So this weekend i took out my CAI and cleaned it up. Also fixed the normal window motor/regulator failure. Replaced the chewed up ball bearings with 3 small nuts so the window now goes up and down on its own. Next install looks to be a 55 hp n2o kit with purge. Going conservative for now. [IMG]

Should make for a bit more fun til the new engine is ready to go.
